Ltd is Looking for: Administrative Director Working language – English Head of Administration and Finance as Principal Expert with direct reporting to CEO will make use of administrative and financial know-how as well as extended people management experience in order to optimize the efficiency of the Management Team and to ensure that all the team members work closely together to provide excellent support to the operational activities of the organisation. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, and he will visit other regional or partner’s offices and individual projects as and when required. • Responsible for leading all the commercial activity in the business, including establishing and managing Commercial, Contract and Estimating departments. • Definition and Manage administration and reporting structure • Collecting and preparing budgets, cash flows, financial appraisals and reporting • Prepare and distribute minutes of the meetings • Definition of standard cost management and value engineering procedures and documents for the property development process (in cooperation with the Technical Dir.) • Cost support to the Board in commercial evaluation of investment opportunities • Collecting and preparing data for the regular reporting Other tasks corresponding in general to the job profile as directed by the CEO.
